This notice covers the ASH Money Fintech website. App services and payment providers have their own notices and terms, which you should read before using them.

You do not need an account to browse. This website has no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. When you open chat and start a conversation, an essential, secure browser cookie lets you return to your conversation for up to 90 days. It does not verify your loan account identity. Hosting and network providers may process request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time to deliver and protect the website.

Contacting us

If you email or use website chat, the information you send is processed to answer and handle your request. Chat messages are encrypted in our own support database on our NewAI server. Conversations are removed after 90 days without activity. Authorized support staff can read and reply to your messages; the chat is a human-support and offline-message service, not an AI answer service. Return using the same browser to check replies. Email privacy or deletion requests to the support address. Do not send passwords, wallet PINs, or one-time codes. Additional identity checks may be needed for account-specific requests through an appropriate support process.
